Our Quadrants Matter

Where am I now so that I can I measure my progress?

Like a graph with 4 quadrants, success is measured with the + + which is Quadrant I. Visualize UP and to the RIGHT, like you were graphing two points on a graph to identify progress.

Other quadrants are negative in one way or another, to one extreme or another. Quadrant III (- -) is the worst outcome. Quadrant II appears to be positive but the outcome is negative (+ -) and Quadrant IV looks negative on the surface but provides more of a stable outcome (+ -).
